Steve Pogatch is the Senior Manager of Voiceover Operations at Studio Resonate, the audio-first creative studio within SiriusXM Media which includes brands like SiriusXM, Pandora, and Stitcher. He’s held this role for over a decade, producing thousands of audio advertisements and overseeing voiceover casting, direction, and quality control for the Pandora/SiriusXM platforms.

He is known for recruiting, auditioning, curating, and managing new voice talent for Pandora’s voiceover roster—playing a pivotal role in maintaining the sound quality, diversity, and freshness of audio ads.
