Josh Weeden is an accomplished voice and casting director with over a decade of experience in the gaming industry. He is best known as the Lead Voice Director for the award-winning and critically acclaimed Baldur’s Gate 3, where he guided the project’s voice and performance capture over five years of development.
Josh began his career as an audio engineer on Divinity: Original Sin, quickly transitioning into voice direction for Divinity: Original Sin 2, where he served as both lead voice director and audio engineer. His unique ability to bridge performance, technical precision, and narrative depth has made him a key figure at Larian Studios.
In his day-to-day, Josh leads a large team of directors and engineers, managing everything from session prep and actor direction to high-level casting decisions. He works closely with performers to draw out emotionally authentic and immersive reads, especially for globally significant roles and core companions.

Hailing from sunny Orlando, Florida, Anthony is a multifaceted actor and voice-over director with a strong foundation in both performance and vocal direction. He began his creative journey in school and church productions, performing in classics like Peter Pan, Arsenic and Old Lace, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and The Music Man. His vocal talents extend into music as well—he's been featured in professional choral recordings, including Mozart’s Requiem with the Bach Festival Society Choir under the direction of Dr. John Sinclair.
Now based in the world of ADR dubbing, Anthony specializes in directing and casting English dubs for international films and series.
