The Isekai Hero with Only a Smartphone: Live Audition & Listening Party

Ever wanted to know what it feels like to audition for an anime-style audio drama? Come read for The Isekai Hero with Only a Smartphone with us, live.

We’ll spend about an hour reading for the roles in this project. No experience is needed and there’s no pressure. It’s a chance to try out the characters, get comfortable with the material, and see how other people approach the same lines.

Here’s the twist. Some of the actors from the project may be joining us, and some of them may give feedback on the characters they read for. You’ll get to hear what they were going for in the roles and what stood out to them, straight from the people who were in the booth.

After the reading, we’ll switch gears and hold a listening party for the first two to three chapters of the finished audio drama. You’ll hear how the characters came together in the final production, and you can chat along with us as it plays.

Whether you want to read, listen, or do both, come hang out. Bring your best voices and your curiosity.
